Heat Treatment Line Furnace Automation is very important to log temperature data time to time, for maintaining leaf spring quality and for customer audits. In our Heat Treatment Line we are controlling each and every device from PLC via either HMI or SCADA with zone wise temperature data logging of both furnaces, KWH data logging for tempering furnace and simultaneously we are also getting alarm on each and every faulty conditions.
